Innovation is a cornerstone of Track 2 Analytics. We take pride in looking at problems differently and turning uncertain, open-ended challenges into practical solutions. Much of our work involves proofs of concept, feasibility studies, R&D, and demonstrations of the art of the possible. In other words, we live and thrive in a never-been-done (“NBD”) world. A great example of this is a recent “project,” not at all analytics-related, but a perfect illustration of our NBD spirit.

Several years ago, I built a wooden, electric-powered go-kart for my daughter. That itself is a long story – for another time. Forever young at heart, I was, needless to say, jealous and wanted a go-kart of my own. I recently became inspired to satisfy that urge, and I wanted to do it in an NBD fashion. People have build electric-powered karts. People have built wooden karts. But AFAIK, no one has built a wooden, electric powered go-kart with FULL SUSPENSION. The suspension is what makes this game-changing. Long story, short, I was successful. I give you the “NBD go-kart”:
